In an increasingly globalized world, customers have an increasing expectation to have full transparency on the manufacturing process and expect that quality standards are met.
For businesses to remain highly competitive, conformity with standard, implementing transparent quality control, and strengthening its explanation are integral as standard business practices.
The Computer Software Association of Japan (CSAJ) has started the PSQ Certification System in response to these new business and quality control expectations.
